At Lin Littleton, every piece is created with intention. Many of our products are produced individually once your order has been placed, allowing us to reduce unnecessary waste, avoid mass production, and create thoughtfully made pieces.

Because our items are made-to-order, please carefully review your order details, sizing information, colours, and product specifications before completing your purchase.

Made-To-Order Items

As our made-to-order products are created specifically after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes (such as style, colour, or fit preference)

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning unwanted items

  • Items no longer wanted after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, or different from what you ordered, we will always work to resolve the issue.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Our team will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where applicable.

Eligibility For Approved Returns

Where a return is accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition received

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging where possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing or preference changes.

Please ensure you check our size guides before purchasing.

In certain circumstances, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Beauty and personal care products once opened

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

UK & International Customers

Made-to-order and personalised products may be exempt from standard cancellation rights because they are created specifically for your order.

Your statutory rights remain protected. This means you are still entitled to support if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not match the product description.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
